The Embedded Systems Competence Centre covers the entire lifecycle of electronics assemblies from development to materials and project management, manufacturing, test engineering and logistics.

As an EMS service provider, we accompany you from early project development through to materials management, production and logistics, and our traceability system ensures end-to-end traceability of the assemblies throughout the entire process.
In electronics development, we advise you on technical feasibility and cost optimisation from the very start. We design electronics assemblies, conduct complex functional tests for prototypes and series production and offer automated test procedures. In product manufacturing, we support you with our experienced materials management:
we procure electronics components for your individual needs, check the quality of all components and pass on our attractive purchasing conditions to you.
With our state-of-the-art production facilities, we support you in SMT and THT printed circuit board assembly. In vapour phase soldering, our closed process chamber enables optimal heat dissipation, and for mass-intensive components we offer our innovative wave soldering process.
And we continue to serve you after production as well: we handle the entire logistics process, and organise transport of the assemblies and the customs documentation. And our after-sales team is there for you even if the electronics components do not come from our own production.
